This novel gives a voice to all the students living for academic reasons in this decaying

suburb and how students of ALL colors can succeed even in this desperate community. The characterisation gives some much needed hope even after a year of darkness at his doorsteps, however after the death and haunting voices he was no more then a victim who could not face any kind treatment or justice, to say I am devastated now is another words understatement.
